Fish skinning methods

There are different skinning methods which are accorded to the application and customer needs.

Deep Skin

When is requested to remove a layer of fat of the fillet. The gap between the skinning shoe and the toothed roller can be sensitively adjusted.

Regular Skin

The thin skinning method when the silver mirror is not desired. The gap between the skinning shoe and the toothed is minimal.

Silver Skin

The silver mirror stays on the fillet, the yield will be increased with no loss of fish meat. Not applied for all fish species.
